In collaboration with Time for Equality non-profit association, The Orange Girl is launching the Suspended Shopping initiative, and we’re inviting our amazing customers to take part.

What is the Suspended Shopping?

The suspended shopping is one or more pre-paid products that you purchase at our online shop for those in need, no matter why.

Our initiative has its roots in the century-old Neapolitan tradition of “caffé sospeso” where people who are happy today offer a coffee as a gift to strangers never seen.

How does it work?

After doing your shopping at our online shop, you buy extra products by clicking on the "Suspended Shopping" category and selecting one or more extra products. You will be then charged for the suspended products. The products are then distributed by The Orange Girl to someone who is in need within our Luxembourg community and in Sicily as well.

We team up with Time for Equality non-profit association to deliver the suspended products across Luxembourg to persons, families or communities that are currently in a vulnerable situation. Alternatively, you may choose to offer these products to a person or family that is living a situation of vulnerability that you know. Just mention the name and address in the comment box during the checkout process.

When does it take place? 

During December delivery. In January we will report how many suspended products have been purchased by our customers.
